Really wish this fender would have wrapped the box in bubble wrap. It was slightly crushed and for people who like to refill items that is not good news. Luckily it wasn’t that bad. This time. Item was communicated well by the vendor via the description and photos and the shipping time was good.
The product has a pleasant fragrance and a nice texture—it feels good when applied. I’ve only used it once so far, so i can’t really speak to its effectiveness or long-term results yet, but overall, it appears promising.
However, the shipping experience was disappointing. It took over five weeks for the product to arrive, and when it finally did, the packaging was badly damaged and the product itself was deformed. In my opinion, this significantly detracted from the experience

The box arrived cracked but the bottle is in perfect condition, it is made of plastic and the serum has a good smell but I have not tried it.
